
Last week, Baseball America released its list of the top 100 prospects in all of baseball, with Andres Gimenez (No. 94) as the sole representative for the Mets.
On the heels of this, BA has released its 2018 organizational talent rankings, and the Mets are at the bottom of the totem pole, coming in at No. 27.
The last two seasons, they placed in the middle of the pack at No. 15, and ranked as high as No. 4 in 2015.
The Atlanta Braves, New York Yankees, San Diego Padres, Chicago White Sox and Tampa Bay Rays round out the top five, while the Seattle Mariners came in last.
The Braves keep their spot at No. 1 from last year, while the Yankees, who came in at No. 3 last year are now No. 2.
