The New York Mets announced that Matt Harvey was feeling weak and dehydrated after his start on Wednesday and was being treated by team trainers. Harvey began experiencing symptoms during the game.
The Mets did not say whether or not Harvey will travel with the team to Miami on Thursday or if he will stay behind and continue to get treatment.
He did not speak with reporters after the game. We’ll keep an eye on this. Hopefully this is nothing serious. It was pretty hot and humid out on that field tonight.
