Morning Briefing: The First Domino Has Fallen

Someone finally signed a Major League contract and it was none other than the guy who was stuck in free agency for what seemed to be an eternity this past season. Doug Fister signed a one-year, $4 million dollar deal with the Texas Rangers. The deal includes a $4.5 million club option for 2019.
