We are in the “dog days” of spring training, which means that you all probably can’t wait for the regular season to start. What do we talk about? How about the World Baseball Classic?

Tonight I talk about how the WBC has given some members of the Mets a chance to showcase themselves in a way the Grapefruit League wouldn’t allow. Is the WBC starting to grow on the fans? This year’s tournament may be indicating it is.

I am also joined by Rich MacLeod of Baseball Prospectus as he shares his thoughts on the WBC, some highlights of the Mets spring and discusses his article on former Met Ryan Church.
