Good morning, Mets fans.

Dominican Republic authorities raided two homes searching for Tampa Bay Rays star Wander Franco amid allegations he had an inappropriate relationship with a minor, Spanish outlet Listin Diario reported Tuesday.

Franco, 22, was placed on administrative leave by Major League Baseball in August not long after the allegations were made that he had relationships with underage women.

Franco, who was one of the sports top prospects prior to his MLB debut in 2021, hit .281 with 17 home runs and 30 stolen bases in 112 games last season. He last played for the team on August 12.

In November 2021, Franco signed an 11-year, $182 million contract with the Rays.
