Good morning, Mets fans!

The Mets signed three more of their 2023 draft picks on Saturday. Third-round picks Nolan McLean and Kade Morris, along with supplemental fourth-round pick A.J. Ewing, all signed with the Mets on Saturday. McLean is a two-way player from Oklahoma State; Morris is a RHP from Nevada, and Ewing is a prep high school shortstop from Ohio. All three officially began their professional journeys with the Mets on Saturday.

The big league Mets, meanwhile, lost 5-1 to the Dodgers and dropped the series. They’ve scored just one run on four hits in two games so far since the All-Star break. They’ll look to at least salvage the final game of the series today at 1:40 p.m. with Max Scherzer on the mound.
