Tonight, the New York Mets host Derek Jeter‘s Miami Marlins. Chris Flexen will take on Adam Conley at 7:10 p.m.

Last night the Mets trailed early due to Steven Matz‘s ineffectiveness. The bullpen held it close but more importantly, Hansel Robles and Chasen Bradford saved their fellow mates some work. Curtis Granderson hit a grand slam with two outs in the ninth to re-excite the fans there. Unfortunately that would not be enough and the Mets lost 7-5.

Hopefully all of you reading do not have an onslaught of Yankees’ fans texting you about the last few games.
