Good Morning Mets Fans! The Metropolitans embark on their last full week of spring training as they ready to enter the 2019 regular season next Thursday in Washington D.C.

The Mets lost to the Nationals on Sunday by a score of 10-5 as Hector Santiago had a day to forget, allowing six runs on seven hits while only getting two outs before exiting the game in the first inning. Pete Alonso and Michael Conforto both homered in a losing effort.

The two teams will face-off again today as Kyle Dowdy will toe the rubber for New York and be opposed by Joe Ross for the Nets. First pitch is scheduled for 1:10 PM ET and can be seen on SNY.
