The Mets and the Mariners formally announced the Edwin Diaz and Robinson Cano deal.

Cano and Diaz will be introduced to the New York media tomorrow at 11 a.m ET, which will be streamed on the Mets Twitter account.

MLB Pipeline updated its Mariners top 30 prospects. Jarred Kelenic and Justin Dunn slotted in as the No.2 and No.3 prospect respectively while Gerson Bautista ranked as the 28th highest prospect in the system.

The Mariners are strong believers in the players that they received in exchange for Cano and Diaz. Matt Ehalt of The Record quoted Dipoto who raved about Jarred Kelenic, saying, “[ he is] a true 5-tool player with a very high ceiling.”
