The Atlanta Braves have agreed to sign left-handed starter Dallas Keuchel according to David O’Brien of The Athletic.

Tim Brown of Yahoo Sports reports the deal is for one-year, $13 million ($20 million prorated).

It was recently reported that the Yankees and Cardinals were two other teams showing interest in the former Cy Young winner.

Keuchel, 31, is coming off a 2018 season in which he posted a 3.74 ERA, 3.69 FIP, and 2.6 bWAR over 204 innings for the Astros.

The Braves entered Thursday second in the National League East and currently in line for the second wild card spot with a 33-28 record. Their starting staff has a 4.38 ERA and 4.39 FIP as a group this year.
