It was a rough night for the Mets young prospects in Columbia with Ronny Mauricio, Mark Vientos, and Shervyen Newton going a combined 0-for-12 with seven strikeouts.

Woods-Richardson, 18, has a 2.28 ERA over his last six starts and a 76 strikeouts to 16 walks this year.

Genord, Mets 9th round pick this year, leads the New York Penn-League in homers (5), RBI (17), and OPS (1.075).

The Cyclones gave up four runs in the top of the 10th inning.

Wilfred Astudillo, younger brother of Willians, went 1-for-4 on the day and has a .333/.375/.467 line in nine games this year.

Otanez is a hard thrower but struggles with command, he has eight walks in 16 innings this year. Though, he does have 25 strikeouts in that span as well.
