Citi Field will be at full capacity when the New York Mets take on the Atlanta Braves on Monday with a doubleheader starting at 5:10 p.m. This adds to the many recent reopening measures, as the spread of COVID-19 in New York State declines.

Ticketholders will no longer need to provide a negative COVID-19 test or proof of full vaccination in order to attend games. Social distancing and mask requirements, capacity restrictions, health screenings, and cleaning protocols are no longer mandated by the state and have been eased immediately at the ballpark.

The New York Mets are in the process of communicating with ticket holders regarding capacity increases and the elimination of the vaccinated and unvaccinated seating sections in the stadium.

These restrictions were lifted just in time for Father’s Day and the New York Mets have offered a 25% discount code for tickets purchased online at Mets.com/FathersDay (CODE: DAD) for all remaining regular season games, excluding the September 10-12 Subway Series. This discount offer concludes this Friday, June 18 at 11:59 p.m. E.T.

With the anticipated increase in attendance, the New York Mets have encouraged all fans to take mass transit and arrive early to Citi Field.

Let’s get loud, LGM!!
