Mets Considering Having Reyes Play Outfield

The Mets are considering having 33-year-old Jose Reyes take reps in the outfield, Marc Carig of Newsday said on Twitter. Reyes has predominantly played third base this season, where he holds a .932 fielding percentage, but has also appeared at his natural shortstop for 82 2/3 innings, holding a better .979 fielding percentage.
