Good morning, Mets fans!

The Mets are planning to recall reliever Jonathan Pintaro from Triple-A Syracuse, according to Will Sammon of The Athletic. The 28-year-old has started strong in the minors this season for the Mets and has a 2.81 ERA in 25 2/3 innings pitched.

Sammon also reported that the Mets plan on keeping Jonah Tong in the majors after his Mets 2026 season debut Friday. Tong struck out two Marlins over three scoreless innings and the Mets plan on throwing the righty sometime next week.
