Good morning, Mets fans.
With the Mets’ 2025 season officially over, attention now shifts to what could be a pivotal offseason of the organization. After another year that fell short of expectations, the front office under president of baseball operations David Stearns will look to reshape the roster.
Stearns met with the media Monday, the day after the Mets were eliminated. He spoke about his initial reactions and the need to conduct top-to-bottom reviews of the coaching staff and roster. Stearns assured that manager Carlos Mendoza will return next year, but indicated that he will review the rest of the staff.

For the 2025 regular season, Pete Alonso, Francisco Lindor, Edwin Díaz and Juan Soto have all been nominated for the All-MLB Team. MLB will announce the All-MLB Team on Nov. 13.
