Friday night’s Game 1 ended in dramatic fashion, seeing the Brewers pick up a World Series win for the first time since 1982. Is there any way Game 2 Saturday can top it? Heck, even match it?
Regardless if it does, the Rays could use a spark after a deflating loss in the World Series opener. They’ll hope their postseason ace Drew Rasmussen can provide it. The righty takes the bump with his team trailing the series, and looks to build off his dominant ALCS Game 5 outing, where he allowed just one earned run in seven innings.
The Brewers look to take a 2-0 series lead behind the 24-year-old Logan Henderson. The Texas native was shaky in his last outing against the Dodgers, allowing two earned runs in four innings of work.
