The New York Mets announced that they have activated infielder Neil Walker off the 10-day disabled list and have placed T.J. Rivera on the DL with a partial tear of the UCL in his right elbow.

Walker had been on the DL since mid-June with a partial tear of his hamstring. He is hitting .270/.352/.468 in 60 games this season for the Mets.

Neil went 5 for 19 during his rehab stint with the Las Vegas 51s and played third base in his last game.

Rivera was hitting .290/.330/.430 in 73 games at the big league level this year. He has received a PRP injection.
