During the 2018 season, Philadelphia Phillies starter Aaron Nola posted a 10.5 WAR (Wins Above Replacement) to lead Major League Baseball.

Nola had an incredible season and nearly (hee hee) captured the National League Cy Young Award after winning 17 games and posting a 2.37 ERA and a 0.991 WHIP while striking out 224 batters.
