Corey Oswalt was set to start for Triple-A Las Vegas today, but has now been scratched in favor of Cody Martin for an unknown reason.

Unless there is an injury on the MLB club, Oswalt is not eligible to be called up until July 30, so if he is joining the team someone must be placed on the disabled list.

The 24-year-old right-hander has appeared in five games (four starts) for the Mets this season in which he has gone 0-2 with a 5.64 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, 15 strikeouts, and a .195 average against him in 22 1/3 innings pitched.
