The Phillies took a 2-1 series lead after thrashing the Braves 10-2 on Wednesday night behind two home runs each by Nicholas Castellanos and Bryce Harper and then single home runs by Trea Turner and Brandon Marsh.
Harper stared down Braves shortstop Orlando Arcia as the Phillies superstar rounded the bases following his two big home runs. Arcia repeatedly said, “ha-ha, atta-boy, Harper!” in front of reporters in Atlanta’s clubhouse after Game 2, according to FOX Sports’ Jake Mintz. Harper had been thrown out at first base as part of a double play to end the Phillies Game 2 loss.

Harper now has the most homers in the history of the National League Division Series with 10. Only Manny Ramírez (12) José Altuve (11) have more in the history of the Division Series.
The Phillies are now 25-11 all-time in the postseason at Citizens Bank Park and 3-0 this year. Per Elias, among clubs that have played at least 30 postseason games at their home venue, the Phillies .694 winning percentage is the best in MLB history.
If the Phillies win, they will meet the Arizona Diamondbacks in the National League Championship Series. The NLCS will start on Monday, Oct. 16, at 8:07 p.m. ET on TBS.
