Jeff McNeil, Pete Alonso, Wilson Ramos and J.D. Davis led the offense, all collecting two RBI. Edwin Diaz came in to relieve Seth Lugo, throwing one pitch to earn the save.

Today, Zack Wheeler and the Mets will face Patrick Corbin in an attempt to sweep the opening series against the Nationals. The game is slated to start at 1:35 p.m. and can be viewed on SNY or MASN.
