Anthony DiComo of MLB.com says that Sean Manaea will have a live BP on Thursday.
This will be his first time facing live batters since being injured in spring training. He had one of the best seasons of his career for the Mets last year, posting a 3.47 ERA in 181 2/3 innings.

Despite early struggles, the Mets’ bats rallied in the late innings to win the first game of the series against the White Sox 2-1. Clay Holmes was solid, with a line of 4 H, 1 ER, 3 SO. He threw a career-high 102 pitches.

In other injury news, according to Mets beat writer Laura Albanese of Newsday, Mets manager Carlos Mendoza says Jose Siri is currently running in straight lines but not yet laterally. The team hopes to have Jose Siri face live BP against Manaea on Thursday.
