On Sunday, the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Houston Astros 2-1 to kick off the ALCS. On Monday, these two teams will face off against each other once again for the second game of the ALCS. In addition, the NLCS will begin as the Atlanta Braves will face off against the Los Angeles Dodgers. You can check out the games being played throughout the rest of the week here.

According to Juan Toribio of MLB.com the Rays will have righty Charlie Morton start the second game of the ALCS against the Astros.
Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reported that the Rays added lefty Jose Alvarado to their roster from the 45-day injured list for the ALCS. In order to create roster space, the Rays also designated right-hander Oliver Drake for assignment.
Per Jessica Kleinschmidt of NBC Sports, the ALCS and NLCS umpire assignments have been announced.
