On Tuesday night, the New York Mets (82-75) beat the Miami Marlins (55-102) in 11 innings with a walk-off walk to Brandon Nimmo. Michael Conforto hit two, two-run homers, both of them keeping the Mets’ playoff hopes alive.

On Wednesday night, the Mets and the Marlins will face off for the third game of this four-game weekday series at Citi Field. Jacob deGrom (10-8, 2.51 ERA) is set to take the hill against righty Robert Dugger (0-3, 4.45 ERA).
