Good morning, Mets fans!

The Mets lost Wednesday against the Atlanta Braves, 9-2. Tylor Megill pitched 5 1/3 innings, allowing three earned runs and striking out nine batters. However, Adam Ottavino and Trevor Williams each allowed three earned runs to put the game out of reach and make the series score tied at 2-2.

This series was the first for the Mets in 2022 that they failed to win, as they had won the previous seven series. However, they’re still yet to lose a series. Dan Quiñones has more on this story.
