Good morning, Mets fans!

The day has finally come. The Mets play a baseball game at Citi Field today!

After an initial postponement, the Mets’ home opener will commence at 1:10 p.m. Tylor Megill will be on the hill for the Amazins, while Edward Cabrera will be going for Miami. The Mets and Marlins are both 3-4 on the year, having already faced one another in the season-opening series. The Mets won three out of four in that series, but they’re coming off an ugly sweep to the Brewers. They’ll hope that the fresh Citi Field grass will turn their luck around this afternoon.
