Mike Puma of The New York Post reports that the Mets have moved their game on Sunday, August 7th, to a 4:10 PM start.

Tim Healey of Newsday Sports has the Mets’ probable pitchers for the weekend series against the Phillies: Carlos Carrasco on Friday, Taijuan Walker on Saturday, and Chris Bassitt on Sunday. If Chris Bassitt is too sick to pitch, David Peterson will be available to fill in as the starter.

Deesha Thosar of New York Daily News reports that the Mets have received outfielder Daniel Johnson from Cleveland in exchange for cash. Daniel Johnson is headed to the Syracuse Mets. The lefty has three home runs and eleven RBIs in seventeen games for the Columbus Clippers (Triple-A). He also has appeared in 35 MLB games for the Guardians franchise across 2020 and 2021.

The Colorado Rockies announced Wednesday that they have placed outfielder Kris Bryant on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to May 23) with a lower back strain and have recalled right-handed pitcher Ryan Feltner from Triple-A Albuquerque.
