On Saturday, The Mets defeated the Phillies 6-5. Noah Syndergaard lasted five innings, gave up four runs on seven hits and collected three strikeouts. Jeff McNeil had four hits in five at-bats. Edwin Diaz got the save. Both Mickey Callaway and Todd Frazier were ejected from the contest after the latter was hit by a pitch.
Today, The Mets face the Phillies in the finale of their three-game series. Zack Wheeler will face off against Phillies ace Aaron Nola. The game will be at 1:10 p.m. EST and can be seen on WPIX.
