Good morning, Mets fans!

On Wednesday, MLB officially released their international schedule for the 2024 season, which included the Mets for the first time in nearly 15 years. However, this did not come as a surprise as commissioner Rob Manfred announced that the Mets would take on their divisional rival Phillies in London during this year’s London Series between the Cubs and Cardinals.

The schedule release included four different series, taking place in four different locations: Seoul Series (South Korea), Mexico City Series (Mexico), Dominican Republic Series (Dominican Republic), and London Series (England). MLB continues in their attempts to grow the game’s international appeal by extending the Mexico City and London Series another year and opening up the season in Asia for the first time since 2019.

The Mets will enjoy their final day off during the All-Star break Thursday prior to hosting the Dodgers this weekend to open the second-half of the season.
