Good morning, Mets fans! 

The New York Mets have begun their second round of interviews with their final three candidates for manager. They will conduct their second round interviews over the course of the next four days. According to Jon Heyman of MLB Network, Buck Showalter is perceived to be the favorite and leading candidate, but two other candidates also remain in the running as well.

Per Buster Olney of ESPN, Joe Espada will have a second interview for the Mets’ manager position on Thursday.

Per Mike Puma of the New York Post, along with Espada, the Mets will also be doing second round interviews this week with Buck Showalter and Matt Quatraro. They will conduct interviews with their final three candidates over the next four days.
