Pete Alonso hit his 26th home run and Jeff McNeil collected two hits, increasing his multi-hit game streak to five. Chris Flexen finished off the game as he went two innings and gave up one run.

Today, the Mets face the Cubs in the finale of a four game series. Jacob deGrom will face off against Cole HamelsThe game will be on at 2:20 p.m. EST and can be viewed on SNY.

And for some good news all around, per his wife Tiffany, David Ortiz has been moved from the intensive care unit and is in good condition.
