Good morning Mets fans! Sad days are upon us as Major League Baseball announced Opening Day will be delayed until at least mid-May (let’s hope no later than this).

Spring training facilities have closed and coaches/players have been sent home as our nation encourages social distancing for the unforeseen future, in hopes to contain and flatten the coronavirus.

A Cincinnati Reds employee based out of Arizona has tested positive for the coronavirus, while other staff members are being tested and have self quarantined, per Bobby Nightengale of The Enquirer.
