Injury Notes

Mets 2017 first round pick David Peterson will start the season in Extended Spring Training because of a minor arm injury. Mike Puma of the New York Post reports that he’s expected to join the Columbia Fireflies in the next 10 days.

Right-handed pitcher Bryce Hutchinson will miss the entire 2018 season after having arm surgery last month, the exact details aren’t known.

Colby Woodmansee had surgery on a hip impingement and will miss the 2018 season.
