Tonight the Mets continue their series against the Miami Marlins, sending Bartolo Colon (13-12, 4.14) to the hill against Nathan Eovaldi (6-11, 4.29). First pitch is scheduled for 7:10pm.
Colon’s last start was one of his worst of the season. He lasted just 3 innings, giving up 5 earned runs and 7 hits, 2 of which were home runs. Colon will look to improve in this start against a young Marlins team.

After a terrific start to a game that saw deGrom tie a major league record for striking out the first 8 batters in a game, the Mets eventually lost last night to the Marlins by the score of 6-5.
