This is it everybody… The New York Mets complete their two game series against the Chicago Cubs on Friday at Cashman Field in Las Vegas. Mets southpaw Steven Matz opposes Cubs right-hander Jason Hammel in the final spring training game as the Mets try to snap a 14-game winless streak.
After tonight’s game the Mets will board a flight to Kansas City for the MLB Season Opener on Sunday night against the Royals at Kauffman Stadium. Right-hander Matt Harvey will oppose RHP Edinson Volquez is a classic rematch of Game 5 of the World Series.
