RHP Matt Harvey (2-1, 4.25) vs. RHP R.A. Dickey (2-2, 3.80)
SNY • WOR 710 AM • ESPN 1050 AM

The Mets took the opener of the series last night with the Braves thanks to a big game from Conforto who started the game off with a lead-off homer and finished the game with 3 RBI’s. The Mets will now turn to Matt Harvey today to keep the streak going as the bats get to see folk hero R.A. Dickey again.

Did You Know: Michael Conforto and the Braves’ Ender Inciarte each hit leadoff home runs in the first inning last night. It was the first time in a game involving the Mets that both team’s leadoff hitters started the game with a homer. Ever!!!

High Hive: The Mets have scored five or more runs in five straight games. It’s the club’s longest such streak since they did it in five straight games from September 4-9, 2016. The last time the Mets had a longer stretch was a span of seven games with five or more runs from September 7-13, 2015.
