Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports that first baseman Lucas Duda has experienced a setback in his return from a hyper-extended left elbow.  He will not return from the DL on Monday as was anticipated.

Duda is experiencing “slight elbow discomfort on full extension,” according to a team spokesman and as a result he could not make his last two rehab games this weekend.

The Mets say there is now no timetable for Duda to resume his rehab assignment.

In his absence, T.J. Rivera has seemingly taken over first base duties for the Mets.
