The Cyclones suffered their first defeat of the season on Wednesday. They will send Noah Hall out for his second start of the year to try to get the team back in the win column. Hall walked four batters but held Wilmington to just one run and two hits in five innings last Friday. Brooklyn’s 36 runs scored currently rank third in the South Atlantic League.

Nate Dohm took the loss in his first start of the year, allowing two runs and four hits while walking one and striking out two in 3 1/3 innings. A.J. Ewing collected four hits on Wednesday night and is now 8-for-16 with two doubles and four steals this year. Ewing has also drawn five walks against three strikeouts.
