MLB Network continued their annual rankings of the top-10 players at each position across the league, ranking the top-10 right fielders in the game on Saturday. Michael Conforto ranked ninth on the list.
Conforto, 26, had a very solid 2019 season in which he registered a .257/.363/.494 with career-highs in both home runs (33) and RBI (92). That gave him a 126 wRC+ and 3.7 fWAR on the year.
Defensively, he graded out slightly above average at the position with 1 DRS and a 0.6 UZR over 1,012 1/3 innings.
Joey Gallo, Jorge Soler, Bryce Harper, J.D. Martinez, Ronald Acuna Jr., Aaron Judge, Christian Yelich, and Mookie Betts ranked ahead of him on the list. Nicholas Castellanos ranked behind Conforto in the 10th spot.
