Cortes continues his hot stretch as he hit his sixth home run of the year and continues to dominate offensively. Vientos hit his fourth home run of the season and second baseman Yoel Romero hit his first. Binghamton collected nine hits but went 0-11 with RISP with nine men LOB.
Catcher Nick Meyer was on base four times with a single, two walks, and a HBP.

McIlraith, the Mets 20th round pick in 2015 impressed today as he struck out five out of the seven batters he got out today. Right-handers Adam Oller (3.2 IP) and Ryley Gilliam (2.2 IP) each gave up three earned runs in their outings.

Opp threw a great game today as he went six strong innings to lower his ERA to 9.20. Winans continued to throw well as he completed two no-hit innings. Right-hander Michel Otanez tossed a scoreless ninth inning to lower his season ERA to 10.24.

St. Lucie collected 11 hits tonight as they lost to the Palm Beach Cardinals. St. Lucie went 4-for-12 with runners in scoring position and proceeded to put up eight runs with three extra base hits.
Catcher Nic Gaddis had two hits including a triple and knocked in three runs. Shervyen Newton was on base three times with a single and two walks.

Hardy, the Mets 2018 31st round pick, pitched great today as he came in for relief and threw four no-hit innings. Hardy also had seven out of his twelve total outs via the strikeout.
Starter Austin Faith and first reliever out of the pen in Brailin Gonzalez combined to allow nine runs in the first inning.
