According to Anthony Dicomo of MLB.com, Mets OF prospect Kevin Kaczmarski has cleared waivers, and the team has outrighted him to Triple-A Las Vegas.

Kaczmarski, 26, was recently designated for assignment to make room for reliever Bobby Wahl on the roster.

He is a versatile outfielder, having logged innings at all three outfield positions.  Over his four year minor league career, Kaczmarski has posted a .382 OBP, but hasn’t shown much power with just 11 home runs.

Kaczmarski is currently hitting .357/.421/.444 with seven doubles this year for Triple-A Las Vegas.
