This Day in Met History
2007: Following nine scoreless innings of a game at Shea, the Colorado Rockies took a 1-0 lead in the 10th. However, the Mets had an answer in the bottom of the frame, as Damion Easley smacked a pinch-hit, game-tying home run off Brian Fuentes. In the bottom of the 12th, Endy Chavez secured the win with an iconic drag bunt.
