Good morning, Mets fans!
On Friday, we were blessed with four separate playoff games; a true rarity.
The Washington Nationals tied up their series with the Los Angeles Dodgers, while the Atlanta Braves also tied up their series with the St. Louis Cardinals. The New York Yankees took the first game of their series with the Minnesota Twins, while the Houston Astros were victorious over the Tampa Bay Rays in the first of their five game set.
In Mets news, a few more names have been floated around as potential candidates for the open manager position, which I’m sure will only add to general manager Brodie Van Wagenen’s “extensive list” to interview.
