Veteran lefty Justin Wilson made his first rehab appearance for the Syracuse Mets on Tuesday night.

Wilson pitched a scoreless first inning with two strikeouts. He allowed one infield single (ball ricocheted off him, but he stayed in). Radar gun had him up to 94 mph on his fastball.

The 31-year-old has been on the injured list with elbow soreness since May 11. This is the second time in 2019 Wilson has been on the injured list.

Wilson signed a two-year deal this offseason and has a 4.82 ERA in 9.1 innings on the year, striking out nine and walking four.
