Mets acting general manager Zack Scott gave an update on the main injuries to the Mets pitching staff this afternoon.

Scott started off by announcing that Jacob deGrom is “good to go” and will start tomorrow’s game again Arizona.

He continued that starter Noah Syndergaard and reliever Seth Lugo are both on track to start rehab assignments in “a week or so.” Both arms are eligible to come off the disabled list in the last week of May.

However, in regards to Carlos Carrasco, the news was not as pleasant. Scott said that the Mets are “going to back off the hamstring a little bit,” especially considering Carrasco is now not eligible to return until the end of the month.

Scott made no comments on injuries regarding J.D. Davis, Brandon Nimmo, or Luis Guillorme.
