The Astros jumped all over Braves starter Max Fried early in Game 2 with one run in the first and four runs in the second inning of their 7-2 win on Wednesday in Houston.

Jose Altuve had two hits in the game including a double and his 22nd career postseason home run. He’s now tied for second in postseason history with Bernie Williams and trails only the 29 home runs by Manny Ramirez in playoff history.

The lone bright spot in the Braves Game 2 loss was former Mets catcher Travis d’Arnaud collecting two hits including a home run.

Astros’ starter Luis Garcia is coming off 5 2/3 innings of scoreless ball in Game 6 of the ALCS. Braves’ starter Ian Anderson has a 2.25 ERA in three starts so far this postseason.
