Personally, I thought this was one of the best Harvey interviews I have seen all season. Ryan did a great job of drawing out a lot of interesting facts from Harvey. I loved how he talked about the fact that he wants to go for the Mets club pitching records, including Tom Seaver, at only 24-years old. This guy is a winner, and has that fiery spirit that has been sorely lacking for the New York Mets in recent years. Hopefully this one-man wrecking machine will lead the charge in changing the culture of the Mets clubhouse and make this team relevant again in the near future.
He truly is “The Real Deal” Harvey.
