The latest podcast includes a recap of the just completed west coast trip and the beginning of the Mets final stand on the 2019 season. The next 12 games are critical if there will be meaningful baseball the rest of the season. The interesting part is the fun is just beginning. If they are successful then we have great baseball ahead. If not, we begin to discuss what direction the team should go which leaves me with more questions than answers.

Matt Silverman, author of “Shea Stadium Remembered” joins the program to discuss his memories of Shea, how Citi Field stacks up and some interesting tidbits he learned from researching the birth of the Mets old ballpark.
