Mets Claim Cooper Hummel, Tyler Heineman Off Waivers

The Mets are not solely focused on acquiring pitching this offseason. Utilityman Cooper Hummel and catcher Tyler Heineman have been claimed off waivers, the Mets announced on Friday.
