As per Anthony DiComo of MLB.com, the New York Mets have reset their rotation after tonight’s game versus the Philadephia Phillies was postponed due to heavy snow earlier in the day.
Matt Harvey will keep his spot in the rotation, pitching tomorrow against, presumably Monday’s scheduled starter, Ben Lively.
After that, Noah Syndergaard will face Aaron Nola on Wednesday afternoon, instead of Seth Lugo, with Jacob deGrom starting on Thursday afternoon in Washington against Stephen Strasburg in the Nationals’ home opener.
Lugo, 28, who made his first Opening Day roster this season, will likely need to wait until his next turn comes up in the rotation to make his season debut unless Mickey Callaway decides to use him out of the bullpen in lieu of missing his start.
